With a degree in Construction Technology and over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling, Jake Kennedy brings a deep understanding of home systems and property care. For the past six years, Jake Kennedy has overseen property management for two large coastal associations in Southern Maine, where he manages everything from pool and grounds maintenance to heating systems, elevator servicing, and major renovation projects. Jake Kennedy has strong working relationships with trusted local plumbers, electricians, and HVAC professionals—ensuring quick, reliable solutions when needed.
